Skynet - if you can please don't use them!!!

This has got to be the worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Yet again a government selected provider has proven that they are incapable of delivering to any form of SLA signed. Absolutely ***ing disgusting. I am about to log a case of theft against them.
