SKYNET horrible service and two weeks delay
No matter your level of happiness do not send parcels via SKYNET couriers. My parcel has been with them for TWO full weeks. I really do not understand how they are not able to deliver my parcel while the depot is -+ 30 minutes away. I sent an email yesterday making a follow up, the agent responds was just one line with no apology and promised that the parcel will be delivered today 7 Dec 2023. I have not received any communication from SKYNET regarding my parcel and I am really worried and wondering if my valuable item is still in good condition or it’s still with them.
