Skynet horrible service!!!!!

They do not even deserve a 1 star. Their service is pathetic. I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes trying to speak to an agent. I have sent a WhatsApp and even an email with no feedback. There is no update regarding when my package will be delivered. This is pathetic service
