Skynet Horrible

If I could I would give them 0 stars! Terrible at communicating. I waited for my licence disk delivery for over a month, what is annoying is that they don’t communicate! I ordered my disc through Capitec which was amazing 10 stars to them! Come time for delivery they don’t text, don’t call nothing I just get a text after 5pm saying they couldn’t find my address I must send them another one. I do that via email. Still they don’t say anything for like 2 weeks now. I call numerous time being taken from pillar to post or being told I will be called and that never happens, mcm eventually I got my delivery after a month. Not happy with the service at all!
