Skynet horrible driver experience, will not use them if I have a choice

Skynet worst experience with driver, package not looking good and driver have attitude,that after they send me wrong message that my Vodacom package was delivered. Driver is rude.dont want except my proof of address,that after they previously also delivered and they accepted my proof of address,with no problem.. both times they delivered after 17:30. Worst delivery company,they can learn from Ram and Courier guy
