SkyNet horrible customer service

I bought skin care from Glowbright and qualified for free delivery. There delivery company of choice is Skynet. My items were supposed to be delivered last week Tuesday because I had received an sms stating my item would be delivered then the whole week the items never arrived. Customer service has been useless I’ve called in written numerous emails they promise delivery will be the following day only for that not to happen. I’m beyond frustrated with this company. They don’t care about there clients and their customer service is the pits
