Skynet has zero communication

Worst courier company ever. They do not communicate and are holding my delivery.... I ordered two phones from Vodacom... one got delivered to the correct address while the other one was a "failed" delivery. on the day of the failed delivery i notified your driver that he is at the wrong address. subsequent to the fact, I have contacted vodacom twice for two consecutive days and they assured me that that they have spoken to skynet who will effect delivery. to to this day I have received zero communication via skynet// Vodacom provided me with tracking number : K*** for which your website is also not user friendly and I am unable to trace. Vodacom advised me that this should be delivered 03/12/24... nothing happened. no communication. I don't even have an sms nothing????
