Skynet has poor services

To say I am disappointed is an understatement, the parcel was handed over Monday to the courier company and Tuesday I received communication my parcel is out for delivery till 5pm no call from the driver nothing at 8pm I got anothr sms saying delivery has been unsuccessfully so I wait Wednesday no delivery attempt is made thursday 8 May I call the courier company to query was not helped at all, all I found out was themy delivery address is incorrect aaskedto change it the guy refused said I cannot. At 9pm on Thursday getan smssaying delivery failed because they cannit get ahold ofme but I have no missed call no call from themall I habe is anoutgoing call I made to them. I am utterly disapponted and for Vodacom I think they need to try and use another service provider this is nonsense. I sent out an email no rrsoonse on the whatsapp no agent is engaging all I git was parcel is outfor delivery when I further enquired about the delivery address no response nothing. They are failing to communicate
