Skynet has no customer service
Temu delivery was scheduled for 19 December 2025. The courier phoned to advise that he was at the wrong address, yet the tracking status reflects “Consignee unavailable,” which is incorrect as the courier was at an incorrect address.
He then promised delivery the following day. Four days later, after approximately 35 telephone calls and interactions with 9 different agents who have allegedly “escalated,” “investigated,” and then terminated the calls, the parcel remains undelivered.
The Cape Town contact number and the escalations line go unanswered. The so‑called “Service of Excellence” is utterly unacceptable; the conduct of your call center agents reflects a disturbing lack of urgency, listening, and basic customer service.
