SkyNet - Gone with the wind

I am awaiting delivery I see on the tracking it says I refused delivery, however no on made contact with me or sent me sms, no courier came to my office or home.

This is somewhat *****ulent to have the incorrect information on my waybill.

So what is going on? Why is it impossible to speak to you people over the phone or on the whats app live chat.

I need my packages urgently.
