Worst communication. Keeps on stating that my parcel isn't ready for collection even though according to the tracking system it is. Phones keep on ringing, doesn't answer any WhatsApp messages and no reply on emails. Only responded to my Facebook messages.

Estimated delivery date keeps on changing by the minute.
