Skynet George caused me a R5000 lost due to incompetence of staff and no management

Skynet express Couriers George was sent to collect 2 packages that were returns to suppliers from me. The driver arrived for collection without any documentation, when I asked about the pickup slip he said that it will be put onto the items at the George office. One of the parcels was sent to JHB supplier with the wrong weighbill and the other parcel is still in the George office. The parcel that was sent INCORRECTLY I needed to be returned to me, do date I get screamed at by the George staff and I can get NOBODY from head office has returned my call. I' have lost over R5000 in the packages and returns because of the incompetence of the staff at Skynet George
