Skynet Fails to deliver

I was at a Skynet Branch at 8am on Tuesday Morning (28 November 2023). I posted an urgent package to Johannesburg that was meant to be delivered the next day at 10:30am. I had paid the necessary fees for overnight delivery. It is now Thursday 30th November 2023 14:37pm and the package has not been delivered. it contained urgent medication that needed to be delivered to an elderly patient who is currently in Johannesburg. Skynet Whatsapp agent takes over a hour to respond to each message sent and eventually said that they handing my issue over to the branch and never spoke to me again. Their phone lines are always ringing. When I eventually got through to someone and vented, she transferred me to a manager and that was it. There was no remorse shown by anyone. A person's life is at risk due to medication being late.
