Skynet failing UNISA students

I took my assignment to this Elandsfontein branch (on 29/07/2015) so that they can deliver it to UNISA. Upon arrival no one seemed to have a clue what to do with this parcel. The receptionist called two guys where one of them took the assignment and assured me that he will have it delivered and then told me I should use the PEP service point in the future.
