skynet failing me in regards to my education

i sent assignments throught Pep paxi on the 17th October and they were collected by skynet on the 23rd October till today they have not been not delivered to Unisa and i have made contact with skynet through emails which they do not respond and through phone calls that no one answers they just cost me more airtime which i do not i have .

I am highly disappointed in skynet i am currently writing exams and i cannot concentrate because of the stress of my assignments not reaching Unisa which May result in me failing all because of this

Skynet is failing Unisa students and causing a disruption towards my education

All i want is for my assignments toe reach Unisa so they can be marked
