Over the years I have dealt with many companies and I must commend Skynet for providing truly customer - friendly service. There are many businesses out there which adore shouting we-aim-to-please slogans but only a few really deliver when the chips are down. Skynet's customer service staff is not the usual brusque bunch that one expects to encounter when you have a problem. Well done Skynet, you have a customer for life.
