Skynet Express - Poor Services continues

I would give the company 0 stars as a rating. Absolutely poor services. I requested a package to be delivered from Pietermaritzburg to Stellenbosch via overnight express delivery services. The parcel was sent to Johannesburg (I have no idea for what reason) and is currently "en route to cape town". Taking note - Delivery was supposed to occur today. I called the head-office to locate my parcel and the personnel cannot account as to whether my parcel was loaded via road or express (airplane)(taking into account- I specifically paid for express services). The business overall has poor accountability and lack of competent personnel. I encourage future customers to not make use of this company or their services. They falsely advertise on their website that they are committed to service which is not the case and their overnight express is a blatant lie.
