Skynet express - pathetic service

Waiting for a parcel from 22 Dec and hasn't arrived yet. Tried calling them but nobody works there. It seems like a hoax company. I wasted more than 1 hour of my calls ftom cell phone. Pathetic company to deal with. Unprofessional.
