Skynet express is robbing the people

I placed an order on the 5 June 2025 on the 11 June an sms came through saying that my shein order has been delivered only to come and find out that the delivery was hijacked/ involved in a ******* till today they have not made contact regarding the refund or my goods . Please tell me how I can get help. I have called numerous occasions and all they do is drop my call. Help
