Skynet Express Bad service

It's been two weeks since I placed my order. Skynet keeps saying my order is failed with no communication. No call or any reason why my order is canceled. Today, I received an SMS from them telling me that my order will be delivered before 5 pm. Guess what? Nothing come. I don't know why Telkom uses them with this bad reputation.
