Skynet employee threatened me !

I’m appalled by the service or no service I always get from this company. I’m a Unisa student and I never get my material in peace. Never! They always want the client to reach out to them. Can somebody explain to me what does courier means? Maybe I won’t expect my parcels to be dropped off at my place instead of taking a taxi and go meet the Skynet drivers at the “convenient “ spots! At 21:34 I received a call from the call from one of the drivers telling me to meet him halfway and when I tell him I cannot do that because I’ll be at work he responded with anger that I’m the one studying not him. I told him to **** off and keep the books and then I dropped the call. He phoned me back and threatened me, telling me he will teach me a lesson. Hello Skynet. The lessons I need are from my parcels that are sent by Unisa! Please hire professional people !!!!!
