Skynet *******?

Good morning all. I renewed our vehicle license disks on eNATIS the other day. I received a notification of delivery. When I submitted the required information on their system I could not track my delivery using the mobile app of Skynet.co.za.

So I Iogged on to their webpage using my PC and I found the same issue. I then utilised the ask a question bot. I was requested to pay a R15 fee, which I tried to do, but the transaction failed because of insufficient funds..... luckily for me as the amount that went of was for R 651.00

So either it is a **** or a *******.

So I am still waiting to hear when I will receive our parcels
