Skynet Durban - Worst Courier Company

I have had the misfortune of being assigned Skynet Couriers twice when oredring online goods. They are without doubt the worst courier company. I was assured that a package would be delivered today. The package has been in Durban since 30 December. The driver phones me saying he cant find my house. Upon questioning where he is, I establish he is in the wrong suburb, despite my address being clear as the delivery address. The driver then says I must drive down to Pnetown to meet him at Sanlam Centre if I want my package today. I tell him that I most certainly will not do that so he puts the phone down on me. I contact Skynet and the lady on the line says that she will escalate the matter and someone will phone me. 4 hours later, no phone call so I call again and apparently get put through to the ecalations department. The lady on the line assures me that the package will be delivered today and says that she will phone the driber to see where he is and she will get back to me. It is now 17:45, no package no phone call and the staff at Skynet deliberately and consciously lie to customers. They are by far the worst courier company with the rudest staff. I hope that the people in charge are extremly proud of employing these types of people. Absolutely disgusted.
