Skynet Durban poor service

I ordered clothes from Next UK which was delivered on time but via Skynet. Skynet Durban instead of delivery my parcel to me they delivered to a wrong customer. Its now almost a week calling Skynet trying to get my parcel back. If I don't call they no one calls me from Skynet. and When I call the only response is that the driver is on his way. I am sick and tired of this pathetic from Skynet Durban someone must get into them as they create a bad service experience for Next UK
