Skynet / Droppa - Worst experience ever with a courier company!

I placed a booking for Collection with Droppa on 11 July 2021. To date (17 July 2021) the parcel has NOT been collected! I have been calling, emailing and messaging daily since 12 July 2021, with absolutely no resolution. The initial excuse was the looting and riots, BUT there has been NO riots and looting taking place within a huge radius of my area. After that excuse was rendered not plausible anymore, I was promised each time I called, that they will come collect the parcel before 5pm on the day that I called, Off course this was a lie and each time the collection did not taken place. Emails are not rep**** to. In light of the above, I demand that if the parcel is not collected by Monday 19 July 2021, that I expect a full refund via Payfast by 20 July. Failing which I will lay a formal complaint with Payfast that this particular merchant takes payment for services which it does not render.

Hi Lydia, no need to call me, as Siphesihle Boholo has resolved the issue for me and the parcel was finally collected yesterday, with delivery supposed to take place tomorrow. Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow.
