Skynet drivers clearly dont care about completing deliveries

I received an sms on 1 Oct that my RTMC parcel is on its way, link provided does not work. 6 Oct received a sms that it is out on delivery, its been out on delivery ever since. 11 Oct received a call from the driver saying he is at my gate, he then left without leaving my parcel. I called him after 2pm to confirm his whereabouts as I was back home, he told me he is in Kyalami he'll come in an hour but just never showed up and I never received another call back. Driver's number ***

This is very poor service, Im spending days chasing my own parecel. My mother has a parcel with Skynet too and is experiencing the same problem, tracking just stays at "out on delivery" or saying that the driver cant get hold of me.
