Skynet drivers aren't trustworthy

I ordered items at Shein, on the 24th of May I received an SMS saying my package was on the way, and from there I waited for a call from the courier company which is Skynet to tell that they brought my package but they didn't arrive. I think a week or so went by on the 4th of this month which is June an email comes through saying my package was delivered and I signed for it, but I didn't neither is my family members. I wrote emails and called the other logistics company, they keep saying they will escalate the matter but I get no help.
