Skynet drivers are ****s

So Skynet has done it again well the driver. So no one from skynet just an sms saying delivery today then at 14:36 delivery failed couldnt contact the person, I was home the whole day waiting for this delivery. There was no phone call there was no attempt at the gate even my security said no one came to deliver. So Skynet drivers lie! No you will reschedule on Monday for Tuesday and I can almost gaureentee it won't arrive Tuesday either cause from what I have read and seen and experienced this is the normal way skynet treats deliveries to customers, oh and this isn't even a parcel from over seas it's a parcel from vodacom. I find this absolutely disgusting that drivers are allowed to just lie and then report non delivery to the depot and nobody contacts a client to confirm this that is the bare minimum that every other delivery service in South Africa.
