Skynet drivers are ****mer

My parcel placed on Skynet, on Monday it was up for delivery it never reached me, I called their offices the lady who answered said that it will be delivered today, instead when I track it it said I was not found to sign..don't they have cellphones when they are lost? This is some sort of a **** I guess..They must bring back what I have ordered back then I will be cleared of that account.
