Skynet driver threatening clients life

Today my family received an appalling service from a contractor that was meant to deliver my mother's parcel (fortunately I am homefor holidays and got to witness such a horrible disgusting conduct from your contractor). The driver of vehicle registration no:FNK620MP for parcel no:GOL00007 or GNL*** or PGNL*** parked outside my mother's house hooting numerous times without making his way inside the house, we opened the lounge window and informed him to get inside the house and stop making the horrible hooting sound, he refused and informed us that he does not enter clients premises(My Father requested him to stop hooting and come inside to deliver the parcel, he stood in his van and after sometime he made his way to the house), I confronted him about his unprofessional behaviour, he raised his voice asking me if I was going to sign the slip or not _ we got into a heated argument and I told him that I would send him back where he was coming from if he's not going to offer us a professional service and stop shouting in my parents house "He told me that black people like acting superior and kept on using the word "***of"(****_off), I chased him out of our premises and informed him that this matter would be escalated to his Office, he never stopped with his swearing words and told me that I can go on and report the matter, the only thing he requires is our signature which I refused to sign. My sister and I chased him out of our yard (we recorded the incident outside the house), he was plain rude and said we could take as many video's and further made our personal security threat "stating if he were to lose his job he knows where we stays". We were all in awe by this guy's behaviour, skynet drivers have always delivered parcels to my parents house and they have never encoutered such an abnoxious, I'll mannered, rude person. The parcel label states it was supposed to be delivered on the 25th at 17:00 but only reached our house on the 27th Dec. Please note I am going to be uploading your employees or contractors rude threatening video(wearing skynet uniform with your branded vehicle_ trust me when I say the entire media house will be tagged on twitter) within the next 24 hours if we not going to get a response about your plan of action about this employee (He needs to be removed from skynet we require a reassurance that our safety won't be compromised as we will hold Skynet accountable for any incident that might occur to any of our family members).
