Skynet don’t deliver

I ordered items on SHEIN about 2 months back which SHEIN gave to Skynet to deliver,upon them receiving the goods they contacted me that delivery will be made within 48 hours.That was the last I heard from them and suddenly they state my goods have been delivered.No proof of delivery captured and when I call them they take me to another number which never picks.Im so disappointed in their service that’s not even there .Such a disgrace
