They are the most unreliable,useless and unprofessional courier company I have ever dealt with. You receive an sms informing you about your parcel... it's been a week and no delivery..

You call the numbers to follow up and they just ring and cut off... you try and communicate via whatsapp and the reply takes forever....

Telkom and all the big service providers need to stop using them as we land up becoming very frustrated customers.
