SkyNet disgusting service with customs

Placed an online order overseas. My package was supposed to have 5 day delivery. But my package is stuck at SkyNet held at customs. I am waiting over a week for an invoice to pay my customs but I have not received anything. I have contacted Hendrick Makubung and Jabulani Shabangu both have no means of communication and none can get back to me on my package. They respond once and never again. They service s****s are pathetic and disgusting. I have received packages via DHL before and I did not experience this horrific service from them. I will not recommend SkyNet to anyone.
