Skynet Disasterous

Absolutely pathetic. Don't answer phones. Unprofessional, unclear, incomplete emails. Do not respond to emails. Overall not bad or poor but no service. Cannot even print an account number or address correctly on a wabel. Replies of emails to customer services come back as not read. They do not have propper contact numbers on their website. Don't know why people stil make use of them. Prices may be good but you get what you pay for. I wanted to give them a zero rating but unfortunately the option is not available. Staff is so unprofessional. They even lie to justify their actions
