Skynet disappointing delivery and updates

I'm still waiting on my license disk done through Capitec and they automatically use skynet for delivery, the 11 th November all was accepted and created, even the waybill was done and delivery was scheduled then eventually for Friday 16th, they promised delivery between 3-5 days, today is the 18th, I'm still waiting for my disk, up till today, the last update on skynet link was that my waybill was created the 11th, not even the fact that I received a message stating"anyone" with a id must be Home and available the 18th, waiting like a fool. Two days I tried phoning, no answer, my airtime ran out, one time when I got through eventually, I just got a " your parcel is on its way " today the 6 th day still waiting, still no update, I complained twice on their app... Nothing I will never refer skynet to anyone else. These people using them should review their options and find trustworthy people to do their business. Extremely disappointed, Noe I must find another alternative and get my money back somehow, absolutely disgusted with Skynet
