think this might be the worst courier company out there , the issue started when capitec gave skynet the incorrect contact number, this was correct 5 days ago by calling the customer service number however there seems to be a communication error between the customer service and Durban branch every day i call the customer service and everyday they tell me "Delivery tomorrow" customer service tells me they did not recieve the msg i still have not received any sms update (not once) and cant track the package via website ,its now Saturday waiting at my workplace and unsure if they will be delivering today or not tracking number ***
