Skynet delivery that's longer than the set time

Skynet courier service in south africa is probably one of the worst, I renewed my disc on the capitec app on the 5th of December and it was handed over to skynet so they can deliver it to me. When I track the parcel it's in vereeniging since the 10th of December it's currently the 17th December my disc hasn't been delivered. No communication from any of their drivers nothing
