Skynet delivery service is very poor

I have been fighting with Samsung for my promotional gifts and they immediately sent them the courier company Skynet 😫. Skynet received my parcel on the 11th on the 12 it was out for delivery at the end of the day the report said consignee not available and I was never contacted I was home the whole day. On the 13th when I check it says parcel was out but I did not receive it. On the 14th I called them and I was told the driver came back with my parcel and it is at the warehouse it will be delivered the next day. On the 15th November I track the parcel is out for delivery and I sent a WhatsApp I am told the driver will call me when he reaches my area. Guess what it is 19:06 and no driver has arrived and I don't think he will. When I do my research on Skynet service, people are really complaining. It is better to change the management cause clearly they are not doing their job or just close the company or sell it to someone who is serious about business. I am sooooo angry and frustrated 😠
