Skynet delivery on horseback.
I had a call from Skynet in the morning of 3 July stating that they are delivering my parcel and I had to produce my ID, which is normal with all other deliveries I get frequently, but on arrival they want me to give them a hard copy of my ID. I don't have a printer since I am paperless the past 14 years and all other delivery companies I have dealt with have electronic equipment to scan my documents or sign on a tablet. On their arrival I produced my ID but the arrogant driver demanded I give him a hard copy of my ID. I asked him why he doesn't scan my ID but getting more arrogant demanded a hard copy of my ID or I will not get my parcel. He then left with my parcel, stating that he will be sending it back to the sender. I went onto their tracking site and notice that their comment is that I had insufficient documentation. Then on 8 July at 9.40 I receive a SMS stating that they are delivering my parcel. I then had to go to a Postnet to go and print a hard copy of my ID before Skynet arrive on horseback. I waited the hole day and no arrival of Skynet. This morning 9 July, I went online to track the parcel and to my amazement their entry stated 7.55 out for delivery and 8.10 their entry states that client refused delivery. They did not even bother to deliver and the cheek to send me a sms after they have decided not to deliver. I have emailed Skynet twice and as of time of writing this they have not even bother to respond to my emails or to call me. I will never deal with Skynet. Bad experience.
