Skynet Delivery never happened.

My delivery from Incredible Connection was supposed to be delivered today. Get a SMS to say please make sure you at home for the delivery. So I take a day off as I'm told i need to check the condition of the device I'm having delivered as there is very little recourse if not checked when delivered. I wait all day only to have the tracking say: Delivery Exception: Consignee not available. No phone call nothing. Only vehicle that came today was a RAM delivery vehicle. So now I'm not at home tomorrow as I cant take another day off from work. what now Skynet?????????
