Skynet delivery is pathetic

SLA with FNB is 3-5 days. I have been waiting for delivery for 14 days already. That is nearly 2 weeks over the service level agreement Skynet has with FNB. When you call them they take 20 min to answer a call and lets you hold on even longer wasting your airtime
