Skynet delivered!

Thank you to Skynet for delivering my package! I did have a query initially about delivery times, and other than an issue with all the Skynet VoIP lines being down, or dropping the calls during the morning, I eventually did get through to someone (without a long wait - 4 minutes - when the phones atarted working). The agent was on the ball after I provided the tracking number and some biometrics, and was able to answer my questions. The agent even called the branch to confirm the day for delivery, which was honoured. Thank you Skynet, job well done.
