Skynet-delayed delivery by 2weeks

I ordered and paid for my licence online with NATIS who are awesome but the delay of more than 2weeks by Skynet before my licence was delivered.Issue was according to NATIS feedback when I queried was tbat it was delivered and received by myself on the 7th a day after tbe sms notification from Skynet which cleay was ot tbe case So one questions the Integrity and honesty of tbe courier

Sad but true

Having said that Skynet has always been ontimw according to their notifications over rbe past 3years
