skynet delay on delivery of study materials

i have phone and online tracked my parcel ... it says dispatch for delivery from yesterday the 5th of feb from 12:30 when i phoned this morning they said its for delivery for today and gave me the drivers number ...<br> When i phoned the driver he picks up but you can hear him talking to people in n house or some building . <br> it seems that he is not even on the road doing his job , this is unacceptable ... if they say delivery will be today they must deliver that day ......
