SKYNET COURIERS....No customer service etiquette

Horrible service. Disgusting honestly. I app**** for my my disc renewal at RTMC and received a text on the 27th of August 2024 after applying on Friday 26 July 2024 that my parcel was ready and out for delivery. Nothing, 28th August morning I received an sms that I must be ready with my ID to collect my disc. Noting still. No communication, lines just rings when you call them and if they pick up its after 20 minutes then you put on hold for another 20 minutes and the call gets droppedt. Their whatsapp is never responded to. Totally disgusting service. Astom and other couriers are much better at customer service.
