SkyNet Couriers Worst ever

SkyNet’s service has become completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this — the same thing happened last year — and it is now repeating itself again.

Two nights ago, at 23:45, I received a message stating that my parcel would be delivered “yesterday.” I waited the entire day, but no delivery arrived. Then last night, at 19:45, I received yet another message promising delivery for “today.” Once again, nothing happened.

For two consecutive days, SkyNet has told me to expect my parcel, and for two consecutive days I’ve been left waiting like a child expecting his father to return from the army — only to be disappointed again. Every time I contact your office, I receive the same scripted apologies and the same promise that you will “phone the driver.” The last consultant even assured me that the parcel would be delivered before 10:00 this tomorrow morning, but will have to wait and see on that promise.

This is now the third time SkyNet has given me false promises, apologies, and failed commitments. Your notifications raise expectations, but your service never follows through.

At this stage, SkyNet is by far the most unreliable courier company I have ever dealt with.
