Skynet Couriers - Poor Service

Worst services EVER!! I have a parcel that has been with a branch (Johannesburg-Elands) since the 7th of January 2020, today is the 9th working day and still nothing, no follow up no communication nothing.

You are transferred back and forth between call centers (well that is when they FINALLY get to answer your call) only to say they will phone you back! Then when waiting on the phone (for 30 minutes at a time) you get to listen to a voice telling you to go to their website and to track your parcel over there, guess what I know my parcel is at Johannesburg Elands, I know nothing is been done about it, I know its just laying there, so what is the purpose of tracking it!!

Worst of all is that this is UNISA study material!!! yes you guessed it, its URGENT!!!
