Skynet Couriers - Despicable service!!!

They don't even deserve this one star. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a courier service. I renewed my vehicle licence through the Capitec app and was supposed to receive my parcel within 3 working days. It's been more that 2 weeks and still no delivery. One driver phoned and asked for a pin location but never showed. When I called him to enquire, he stated that me not receiving my package is not his problem and hung up. I have tried for hours to contact Skynet but they do not answer their phones. This is unacceptable.
