Skynet couriers

I purchased a phone from Vodacom on 12th July. I got the sms confirming my delivery for the 15th. It's the 19th today and since the 15th Skynet has been sending me messages informing me that my delivery failed as there was no one to receive the package, however, they were never at my place of residence for delivery as there is always someone available to receive the package. I called them and messaged them and no point of contact was willing to assist or escalate my enquiry. Skynet is the worse courier service in south africa as it's not the 1st time I have to run from pillar to post with them. If I could give them zero stars I would.
