Skynet Courier Useless

This is in my opinion one of the most useless courier companies ever. We bought stuff from Chain reaction in the UK and it was shipped with Skynet. This is the fourth time now. When you phone to ask about the parcel the people is like not very friendly or they just dont tell you what you need to know. Sowe phoned all payments was made and send to them, me phoning this morning asking about the parcel i got told sorry mam we are waiting payment, i told her all was paid and the pop was send to Dalene. She responded and said to me.Phone back on Monday as i am not going to phone around to get answers for you, way to go Skynet.

I will never ever in my life tell my friends or family about using this useless company.
